On Saturday, the Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, launched a 100-day reading campaign titled ‘Padhe Bharat’. The launch of the campaign is in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020 that lays emphasis on the promotion of joyful reading culture for children by ensuring the availability of age-appropriate reading books for children in the local/mother tongue/regional/tribal language.
In the Central Universities across India, there are a total of 313 professor-level posts. These posts are being authorized for the applicants belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBCs). Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras Study) researchers have shown that spike protein vaccines may be effective against multiple variants of Coronavirus (SARS COV-2). The results of the IIT Madras study suggest that the attack by selected variants Delta plus, Gamma, Zeta, Mink and Omicron may be dealt with by vaccine-induced T-cell responses despite the compromised neutralising antibodies responses.
