NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) is set to release the Round 1 seat allotment result for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2023 for BDes today on its official website.
The UCEED is an entrance examination conducted by IIT Bombay for admissions to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) across the country.
The UCEED 2023 application process began on September 30, 2022 and ended on October 21, 2022. The exam was conducted on January 21, 2023, and the results were declared on March 9, 2023. Following the declaration of the results, the seat allotment process began.
The first round of seat allotment is scheduled to be released on April 10, 2023, while the second and third rounds are scheduled for May 10, 2023, and June 10, 2023, respectively. Candidates who are allotted seats in any of the rounds will have to confirm their acceptance by paying the seat acceptance fee and completing other admission formalities.
Candidates who are not allotted seats in the first round will still be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment. The last date for downloading the scorecard is June 13, 2023.
The UCEED 2023 exam was conducted in 25 cities across India, and 13,549 candidates appeared for the exam. The UCEED exam is conducted in English only, and there is no provision for any other language. 4836 candidates qualified the exam this year.

Visit the official website of UCEED 2023: Go to the official website of UCEED 2023, which is uceed.iitb.ac.in.
Login to your account: Click on the “Login” button and enter your registered email ID and password to access your account.
Check seat allotment result: Once you have logged in, you will see the option to check the seat allotment result for round 1. Click on it to see the details.
Download and save the result: Check your allotted seat and other details mentioned in the result. Download and save a copy of the result for future reference.
Complete admission process: If you have been allotted a seat, complete the admission process within the given time frame. Pay the necessary fees and submit the required documents to secure your admission.
