Semester exams, to be held in April for institutions under the Higher Education Department, will presently be held after colleges revive for the following academic year. The tests were delayed since institutions shut on March 17 due to COVID-19, said Higher Education secretary Apoorva.
Since students from different States seek after their education in the State, the Department needed to mull over their position as well, she clarified. The date for reviving the colleges will be reported later, she said.
At the point when gotten some information about final year students, set to finish their graduation or post-graduation this academic year, she disclosed: “In any event, for final year students, tests will be held toward the start of the following academic year.”
“We will hold the tests for them toward the start of the following year and will declare results before long,” Ms. Apoorva said.
