- Online education in higher education including IITs, IISERs, Central Universities, and Ignou: Rakesh Sarwal AS(TE)
- Online education in school education including NIOS: RC Meena, JS(MDM)
- Government assistance of students remaining in hostels in IITs, IISERs, Central Universities, and different foundations of higher learning: Chandra Shekhar Kumar, JS(IISER)
- Government assistance of students remaining in hostels of Navodaya Vidyalayas: BK Singh, Commissioner, NVS
