NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is scheduled to release the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2023 today, May 09. Once released, candidates can check the vacancy, eligibility, and registration details on the official website at ssc.nic.in.
As per the SSC Annual Calendar 2023-24, the CHSL notification will be released on May 09. The Commission will also activate the registration link today. The online application process for CHSL 2023 will come to an end on June 08, while the exam will be conducted in July-August 2023. The exact date of the examination is yet to be announced.
The Staff Selection Commission holds the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination for recruitment to the Group C posts viz. Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc.

Age Limit
As per the past year’s trends, the candidates must be between 18-27 years of age. However, age relaxation will be available for reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. For detailed eligibility, candidates are advised to check CHSL 2023 notification, once released.

How to apply for SSC CHSL 2023?
Step 1. Visit the official website at ssc.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the SSC CHSL 2023 registration link
Step 3. On the new page, register yourself and create the login credentials
Step 4. Now, login with your details and fill out the application form
Step 5. Upload the required documents and pay the application fee, if applicable,
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the form for future references
Application Fee
The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100. Whereas, women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of fee.
