CHANDIGARH: A total of 515 students of the 2023 batches of Rayat Bahra University have got placement offers in 174 companies.
Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of the Rayat Bahra University claimed that the highest package offered has been Rs 32.5 lakh per annum.
“Some of the key companies which had selected students included The LandMark Group from New Zealand, Zscaler, Bebo Technology, Hitachi, Sun Pharma, Cloud Thing, Global Logic, and Tommy Hilfiger,” he said.
Bahra claimed that four BTech students had been offered a package of Rs 17 lakh by Zscaler while 28 students had been offered a package of Rs 5 lakh by Bebo Technology. Another 319 students who had passed out this year had been offered a package of Rs 5 lakh by 101 companies, he said.
Bahra said that the Rayat Bahra University being equipped with industry relevant skills, there has been an upswing in placements and students had been offered very attractive and lucrative pay packages. Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor, congratulated the students.
