Puducherry 12th Results 2023 Declared: Overall pass percentage at 92.68 per cent


PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry government announced the Class 12 Public Exam Result today, May 08, 2023. The overall pass percentage is recorded at 92.68%. After declaring the results, Chief Minister N Rangasamy spoke to the media and stated that for this academic year, the Puducherry and Karaikal regions had implemented the syllabus and curriculum pattern of Tamil Nadu for higher secondary courses. Puducherry Assembly Speaker R Selvam, Education Secretary P Jawahar and Director of School Education Priyadharshini were also present.
As per the data shared, a total of 14,224 students (6,682 boys and 7,542 girls) appeared for the Class 12 exams. Out of these, 13,183 students passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 92.68 per cent. Last year, the pass percentage was 96.13 per cent.

Chief Minister Rangaswamy further stated that the Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has been delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients in the Union Territory.
