India and Afghanistan on Sunday consented to five arrangements for creating an educational foundation in four Afghan provinces, with the move seen as an emphasis of New Delhi’s help to Kabul when the war-torn nation’s tranquility procedure is confronting difficulties.
The five memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were marked under the high effect community development projects (HICDP) program being executed by India to additionally fortify the reciprocal development organization, said an announcement from the Indian international haven in Kabul.
