Students must be busy and engaged in last-minute exam preparations and final revisions, therefore it is important for them to not neglect the exam day instructions and guidelines and be aware of the checklist for the examination day.

Get good sleep: A good night’s sleep is essential for every student, especially a day before the exam to keep the brain functioning properly. 7-8 hours of sleep should be enough for students the night before the exam.
Eat a healthy breakfast: Your brain needs fuel to function well, so just ensure to eat a nutritious breakfast that includes protein, whole grains, and healthy fats to keep your mind active. Avoid sugary and processed foods.
Report early: Wake up early in the morning and reach your exam center well in advance so you can avoid rushing and feeling stressed during the last moments.
Stay calm and focused: Take deep breaths and leave no scope for nervousness during the exam, do some light stretching, and remind yourself that you have prepared well for the exam.
