The exam comprised a total of 80 marks and the question paper containing 34 questions.
Answers to the questions carrying 3 marks were required to be answered between 50 to 75 words.
Answers to the questions carrying 4 marks were required to be answered in about 150 words.
Answers to the questions carrying 6 marks were required to be answered in about 200 words.

Students’ Reactions
The CBSE Business Studies (054) Grade 12 exam paper according to Abhay Prakash, a grade Xll student of Vidya Bharati School, Ghaziabad, was an average paper. The questions ranged from simple to a little tricky but were mostly direct and simple.
Ishank Vohra, another student of VBS, reviewed the paper as easy and high scoring with direct questions.
While Vidhi and Isha, Class 12 students of Dolphin High School, Jaipur, were sure to get 95% marks in the paper.
Teachers’ Reactions
Ms. Upma Singhal reviewed it as a paper that required a thorough understanding of the concepts, but she said that all students commented that the questions were almost like that of the previous year’s sample papers and are expecting to score good marks.
“CBSE Business studies paper for class XII , this year was a blend of competency based and cased based questions. There was a good amalgamation of HOTS and NCERT based questions as well. The paper overall was very balanced in terms of difficulty. Students also seemed happy as questions were in line with the sample paper provided. We can expect students to score well,” said Sanjana Bhalla, PGT, MRG School.
Adnan Khan, PGT B.St at Dolphins High School, Jaipur found today’s Business Studies paper moderate and balanced. The students looked satisfied with the paper.
