In a report to all vice-chancellors and school principals on March 25, the University Grants Commission (UGC) secretary Rajnish Jain said that students and professors could select online seminars on the computerized platforms.
Various such platforms are controlled by the UGC, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Inter-University Centers (IUCs) – Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) and Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC).
