Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) was slammed by the Delhi High Court for having an “anti-student attitude” by treating the students as enemies for dragging them all the way to the Supreme Court in several matters.
The observation was made by a bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Prateek Jalan while hearing a plea which stated the CBSE’s reassessment scheme for students whose board exams got canceled due to Covid-19 would apply to improvement candidates also.
