Education is the backbone of the country. Where education is not given priority, it is better not to talk about development. But the standards of education should be determined according to the changing times. Whether the education that was taught in less than 30 years has relevance and if it changes, in which direction the development is going.

The seven-member panel headed by Shyam B Menon, former Vice-Chancellor of Ambedkar University, New Delhi, has observed that the governing structures of the University In Kerala have turned out to be academically counterproductive through uninformed, over-politicized, partisan, and external interference in their day-to-day functioning and recommended that the internal governance of the university should be sequestered from the administrative controls of the government.
Haryana Assembly on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution recommending the government to seek restoration of the state’s share in Panjab University, Chandigarh. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Education Minister Kanwar Pal said that Haryana must get its share in the affiliation of colleges to Panjab University, Chandigarh to protect the interest of the students and citizens of the state. The non-official resolution was moved by Congress MLA Geeta Bhukkal in the state assembly.
