NEW DELHI: Maharashtra School Education and Sports Department has released the RTE Maharashtra Lottery Result 2023 today, April 12, 2023. Parents who have applied for Maharashtra RTE admission can check and download the lottery result as per schedule through the official website at rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in.
For the academic session 2023-24, the list of students selected through a lottery and a waiting list will be issued on the RTE website and parents of shortlisted children will get an SMS on their registered mobile numbers but the parents will also have to check the application status by visiting the RTE portal and entering the application number there to check if they won the lottery or not.
It shall be noted that if your name is in the list of Maharashtra RTE Lottery results, then those parents can proceed further for the admission formalities in the school where the child has gotten admission in the state as per RTE Act.
How to download Maharashtra RTE Result 2023?
Step 1: Go to the official website – rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link available for the RTE lottery results on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your login details and click on submit.
Step 4: Your Maharashtra RTE 2023 result will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the result and get a printout for future use.

The deadline for the eligible children in the selection list to approach the verification committee for the admission process is from April 13 to April 25, 2023. Parents of selected children should go to the committee and confirm their admission online within the stipulated time and get the receipt from the verification committee for the same.
The parents of the child eligible for entry in the selection list should carry the original as well as the attested copies of all the documents that they have uploaded while filling the application form. They are also required to take out a printout of the allotment letter received from their login or the verfication committee along with the guarantee letter available on the RTE portal.
Parents should note that while checking the status of the online application for admission, RTE 25% portal is likely to exceed the server capacity and the website may work slowly. So parents are advised to try again after a while.
A total number of 3,64,390 applications were received against 1,01,969 seats in about 8,828 Maharashtra schools. For more details, parents should visit the official website of RTE 25% admission.
