Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be conducting a live session with teachers tomorrow, December 17, for discussions regarding upcoming board exams.
Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be having a live interaction with teachers from across the country tomorrow, December 17. The live session will focus on issues such as the conduction of upcoming board exams and entrance tests.

Many students have been concerned about the conduction of JEE and NEET 2021 exams along with board exams 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be seeking advice from teachers regarding the conduction of these exams tomorrow.

In his tweet, the education minister wrote, “Dear teachers, I am looking forward to talking to you all regarding the upcoming board exams. Have you shared your queries/ concerns with me yet? Join me live at 4 pm on December 17

He also urged the teachers to share their queries about the exams on social media using #EducationMinisterGoesLive. Ramesh Pokhriyal also conducted a live interaction with students regarding the same issues on December 10

Highlights from Mr. Pokhriyal’s Interaction with Students


When Ramesh Pokhriyal went live on December 10, he discussed the conduction of JEE Mains 2021 and NEET 2021 with students. He also clarified that under no circumstances will the NEET 2021 entrance test be canceled for this academic year.

He also talked about the possibility of conducting the JEE Main 2021 entrance more than twice in the next academic year, so that all students get a chance to appear for it. He also stated that the JEE exams will be conducted in many regional languages from next year.


Talking about the CBSE board exams 2021, he said that the dates of the exams have not been decided yet and all the stakeholders are being consulted regarding the issue. He also said that there will be no further syllabus reduction for the upcoming board exams

CBSE has also stated that the board exams 2021 will be conducted in a written mode, not online. Officials from the board have also said that practical exams will be held in school labs when the schools are reopened.

The dates and the number of attempts for the JEE Main 2021 exams will be revealed today by the education minister on his official Twitter account by 6 pm.
