Step 2: On the homepage, go to ‘the post of Lady Constable in WBP 2023’
Step 3: A new window will open, enter your login credentials and submit.
Step 4: Your application form will appear on the screen, make the required corrections and submit.
Step 5: Download the final form and get its printout for further reference.

The WB Police recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 1420 Lady Constable vacancies in the West Bengal Police Department. The pay scale for the post is Level-6 in the pay matrix which ranges from Rs 22,700 – Rs 58,500.
The appointment of Lady Constables will be determined through a multi-stage selection process. Initially, candidates will have to pass a Preliminary Written Test, which serves as a screening examination. This will be followed by a Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Subsequently, candidates who successfully clear these stages will proceed to the Final Written Examination and an Interview, both of which will be conducted by the WBPRB.
