JEE Advanced Exam 2023: The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Guwahati successfully conducted the JEE Advanced 2023 Paper-I today, June 04. The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) first paper was conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. You can check the Advanced Paper-1 section-wise exam analysis here.
The JEE Advanced 2023 (Paper-I) was conducted for the candidates shortlisted after the JEE Mains 2023. This year, a total of 1.95 lakh students have registered for the JEE Advanced 2023, out of which 44,000 are girls. JEE Advanced 2023 will have two paper; Paper-I and Paper-II. The Advanced Paper-II will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM today.
As per the initial reaction of the students, the JEE Advanced Paper 1 was moderate. Physics and Chemistry subjects were relatively easier as compared to last year, whereas Mathematics was more challenging.

A student who appeared with the self-study found the Advanced Paper-1 moderate. He says that Mathematics was challenging, while Physics was easy.
“The Mathematics subject was tough while chemistry was easy. Overall the paper was moderate, a student who has prepared well will find the paper moderate,” says another student.
Another student coming out of an examination centre in Delhi says, “Paper-I was moderate to difficult and nothing came out of the syllabus. In Physics most of the questions were from Electrostatics.”
