The total number of vacancies is 64, including 11 vacancies for Sub Inspector, Prohibition, and 53 vacancies for Sub-divisional Fire Station Officer posts. The application fee for General/ EWS/ BC/ EBC candidates is Rs. 700/- and for SC/ ST candidates is Rs. 400/-.
The age limit for the Bihar Police SI & Fire Officer Recruitment 2023 is between 20 to 37 years as on January 1, 2023, with age relaxation as per rules.
The physical standards test for the recruitment includes height, chest, and weight criteria for male and female candidates, varying as per category. The physical efficiency test includes running, high jump, long jump, and shot put.
Male candidates have to run 1 km in 6 minutes 30 sec, while female candidates have to run 1 km in 6 minutes.
