NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam has extended the deadline for the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2023 online application. Candidates who wish to apply for Assam PAT 2023 can visit the official website at dte.assam.gov.in to fill out and submit the online form.
The last date for submitting the Assam PAT 2023 online application is now May 8, 2023, till 5 PM. Earlier, the deadline was May 5, 2023, but now the DTE has extended it for three more days.
The tentative Assam PAT exam date is June 11 or June 18 or June 25, 2023. The final date for the examination will be announced in due course. The Assam PAT admit card 2023 will also be issued later for which the date has not been announced yet.
How to apply for Assam PAT 2023 registration?
Step 1: Visit the official website at dte.assam.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘PAT 2023 application form’
Step 3: Click on the link, ‘CLICK HERE TO APPLY FOR PAT-2023.’
Step 4: Fill out the PAT application form, upload the necessary documents, and submit.
Step 5: Download the form and take a printout for further use.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The candidates belonging to the general and OBC/MOBC categories must be 20 years and 6 months old, while candidates from SC/ST category should be 23 years and 6 months old as on December 31, 2023.
Educational Qualification: The applicant must have passed the HSLC or its equivalent exam in a single setting with Maths and Science as mandatory subjects. Applicants also must have cleared both Theory and Practical exams in Maths and Science individually.
Candidates are advised to visit the official website or check the notification for any other information and details.
