Schools Reopening in Maharashtra

Meanwhile, Mr. Samant said a 12-member committee has been set up under the chairmanship of noted musician Hridaynath Mangeshkar to draft a proposal for an international-standard music college in Mumbai.

The schools and colleges across the country are reopening with several Covid-19 safety guidelines in place, such as the usage of masks and sanitizers on institute premises, strict social distancing, and staggered schedules for classes.
The Ministry of Home Affairs had given permission to reopen schools and colleges in the country, as per the decision of the respective state governments, in 2020. Many states have decided to reopen their educational institutes from January 2021.
