In a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Governor Koshyari communicated his issue with Higher Education Minister Uday Samant’s letter to University Grants Commission several days prior to prescribing it to skip assessment of the final year students. Governor Koshyari has requested that Thackeray settle the issue “immediately in the bigger enthusiasm of students”.
