Pankaj Khaitan, the founder of EnBill, a retail fintech, was invited as the Insolvency Professional to moderate a session at the International Research Conference on Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC 2023) organised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). The second International Research Conference was held at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) from February 23 to February 25, 2023.
Khaitan was a part of the third panel discussion at the conference. The discussion was on ‘IBC: Perspectives of Key Stakeholders’ and was chaired by Jayanti Prasad, Whole-Time Member, IBBI. These discussions offered thought leadership insights from luminaries from government and industry, as well as from legal practitioners and academicians, to help assess and understand the present while setting a course for the future for the insolvency regime in India.
