Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has uploaded hall tickets for the GujCET 2023 which is scheduled to be conducted on April 3. GujCET is the common entrance test to avail admissions into degree and diploma courses in engineering and pharmacy after completion of Class 12.
According to sources about 1.3 lakh students have registered for GujCET 2023. A statement from the board said that the hall tickets can be downloaded from the official website using phone number, email id, birth date or application number. The statement said that candidates won’t need to get the hall tickets signed by their school authorities.
The statement said that the students will have to carry a photo identification document such as a driving license or Aadhar card along with their hall tickets to take the exams.

According to board data, 75,000 of the total registered candidates are male while the remaining 55,000 are female candidates. Of the total students registered, 1.15 lakh are from GSHSEB while the remaining are from other boards. The exam will be conducted at 626 examination centers across the state.
A statement from the board said that the duration of the physics and chemistry exam will be two hours and both papers will have weightage of 40 marks each. It will be followed by biology and mathematics papers. Exam duration and marks weightage for these papers will be one hour and 40 marks each. Exam timings will be 10am to 4pm.
