Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, solicited vice-chancellors from 90 universities from the state to focus on making higher education job oriented. Talking at the west zone vice-chancellors’ meet sorted out by the New Delhi-based Association of Indian Universities (AIU) here, the Governor laid emphasis on advancing advancements and establishing new precedents in higher education.

He said the country has a lot of meritorious students yet the country was falling behind in global positioning in higher education as he laid emphasis on finding a way to stop the brain drain.

“The students should give research facilities of a high standard. Suitable changes will likewise be gotten the territory of higher education according to the global market,” he said.

The Governor said there was a need to make students mindful of their central duties according to the Constitution and the universities ought to compose seminars and different events for this reason.
