UP BTC & D.El.Ed. Result: Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority has announced the results of BTC 2013 & 2015 and D.El.Ed. 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 sessions for II and IV semesters on its official website.
Candidates, who took the examination for the said semesters, can check and download their results online on the official websites — and — through candidate login.
UP BTC (Basic Training Certificate) and D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) exams are conducted for those who wish to become teachers in primary schools in Uttar Pradesh.
Out of the total of 1,36,578 candidates registered for the exams, 1,32,584 candidates took the examination. The pass percentage is recorded at 55.19% (73,186) candidates, while 44.70% (59,267) candidates failed. The result of 129 candidates is incomplete while the results for the two candidates’ have not been declared due to the use of unfair means.
The results of the D.El.Ed. exams conducted in 2021, 2019, and 2018 have been announced. In D.El.Ed. 2021 2nd Semester, out of 91,161 registered candidates, 89,046 appeared for the exam, of which 53041 (59.56%) passed, and 35953 (40.37%) failed. In D.El.Ed. 2019 4th Semester, out of 37,171 registered candidates, 36,545 appeared for the exam, of which 18,272 (49.99%) passed, and 18,227 (49.87%) failed. In D.El.Ed. 2019 II Semester, out of 1818 registered candidates, 767 appeared for the exam, of which 335 (43.67%) passed, and 427 (55.67%) failed. In D.El.Ed. 2018, out of 4,443 candidates registered, 4,310 appeared for the exam, of which 908 (21.06%) passed, and 3392 (78.70%) failed.
Form these results, significant improvement in the pass percentage compared to the previous years’ can be noted. In the D.El.Ed. 2021 2nd Semester exam, the pass percentage has increased by 10% from the previous year. Similarly, in D.El.Ed. 2019 4th Semester, the pass percentage has increased by 7%. This improvement indicates that the candidates are taking their studies seriously and are putting in more efforts to pass the exams.

Step 1: Visit the official websites of the Office of the Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh – or .
Step 2: Look for the “Result” or “Results” tab on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: Select the relevant exam (BTC 2013 & 2015 or DLED 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 session II and IV semester) from the list of available options.
Step 4: Enter the required details, such as your roll number, date of birth, etc., in the specified fields.
Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 6: Your result will be displayed on the screen. You can download and take a printout of the result for future reference.
