AP ECET Exam 2023: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has postponed the examination date of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test, AP ECET 2023. Earlier, the ECET was scheduled to be conducted on May 5, but now it has been postponed to June 20, 2023.
“The AP ECET-2023 Examination is postponed from 05.05.2023(Friday) to 20.06.2023(Tuesday),” reads a notification on the official website of APSCHE. However, the authorities have not revealed the reason behind the delay.
The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA) will conduct the AP ECET 2023 on the behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for candidates who wish to pursue an engineering course in Andhra Pradesh.

The online registration for AP ECET 2023 began on March 10 and ended on April 10, 2023. As per reports, the admit card for the examination will be uploaded on the official portal 15 days prior to the exam. Candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the website for any new updates.
Exam Pattern
The AP ECET Exam will be of 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Candidates will get complete 3 hours to attempt the question paper. The entrance examination will have questions from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering related subjects.
Candidates selected in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test will be offered admission to State-engineering colleges in AP. Candidates are advised to utilize this time and prepare well for the entrance exam which is slated to be held on June 20, 2023, in two sessions.
